Day 1: Arrival in Jakarta – Transfer to Hotel

Day 2: Transfer to Bogor

After breakfast, depart for Bogor (approx. 2 hours / 80 km). Enjoy scenic views en route with short refreshment breaks as you like. Overnight stay in Bogor

Day 3: Free Day in Bogor

Spend the day at your own pace. Explore the lush botanical gardens, local cafés, or just relax at the hotel. Overnight stay in Bogor

Day 4: Jakarta to Bali via Flight – Transfer to Hotel

After breakfast, transfer to Jakarta International Airport for your domestic flight to Bali. Upon arrival in Bali, meet our local representative and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Bali

Day 5: Free Day in Bali

Enjoy a full day at leisure in the Island of the Gods. Optional activities and excursions can be arranged upon request. Overnight stay in Bali

Day 6: Departure from Bali

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Denpasar Airport for your return flight.

By confirming your holiday booking, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the following cancellation terms and conditions.

Cancellation Charges (Prior to Travel Date):

• 30 days or more: 100% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 21 days: 80% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 15–20 days: 50% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 7–14 days: 25% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 1–7 days: 100% of the total holiday cost will be non-refundable

Additional Notes:

• The Akij Air convenience fee is strictly non-refundable for all online purchases.

• Hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, seasonal surcharges, or tax changes

• Hotel rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions, or blackout dates (Durga Puja, Eid, Christmas, New Year, etc.)

• No refund for unutilized services or early check-out

• City/resort/tourist taxes (if applicable) to be paid directly at hotel

• Travelers must carry valid travel documents and IDs

• Any increase in fuel prices, taxes, or hotel charges will be payable by the client

• Interconnecting/adjacent/same-floor rooms are subject to availability

• Tour operation is subject to local weather and operational conditions

• In case of flight delay/missed transfers due to immigration issues, no refund will be made

• Amendment requests must be made at least 48 hours prior and are subject to availability
