Day 1: Arrival at Denpasar Airport – Transfer to Bali Hotel

Upon arrival at Denpasar Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our local representative and transferred to your hotel in Bali.

Day 2: Full-Day Ubud and Kintamani Tour

After breakfast, begin a full-day journey through Bali’s cultural heartland. Visit Batubulan Village to see the Barong and Kris dance performance, followed by a stop at Celuk Village to witness intricate gold and silver crafting. Continue to Batuan and Tirta Empul temples. Drive to Kintamani to admire the stunning views of Mt. Batur and Lake Batur while enjoying lunch. Afterward, visit a coffee plantation in Ubud and explore the scenic rice terraces in Tegallalang. Day 3: Transfer from Bali to Gili Trawangan

After breakfast, board the shuttle bus from your hotel to the harbor. Take a fast boat ride to the beautiful island of Gili Trawangan. Upon arrival, check in to your resort and enjoy the beach vibes.

Day 4: Return to Bali – Free Day in Kuta

After breakfast, return to Bali via fast boat. Once back, you will be transferred to your hotel in Kuta. The rest of the day is free for personal exploration or shopping.

Day 5: Departure – Transfer to Denpasar Airport

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Denpasar Airport for your return flight.

By confirming your holiday booking, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the following cancellation terms and conditions.

Cancellation Charges (Prior to Travel Date):

• 30 days or more: 100% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 21 days: 80% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 15–20 days: 50% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 7–14 days: 25% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 1–7 days: 100% of the total holiday cost will be non-refundable

• The Akij Air convenience fee is strictly non-refundable for all online purchases.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, seasonal surcharges, or tax revisions

• Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM

• Room and bed preferences (e.g., twin/double, adjacent rooms) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed

• Blackout dates (Eid, Christmas, New Year’s, national holidays) may incur additional surcharges

• Final price depends on the prevailing exchange rate (ROE) at the time of confirmation

• Slight itinerary adjustments may occur due to operational circumstances or local conditions

• The company will not be liable for any losses, damages, or personal injuries incurred during the tour

• Tourist or city taxes, if any, must be paid directly by the guest at the hotel during check-in or check-out

• Airport waiting time is limited to 80 minutes from flight landing; extra charges apply for delays

• Requests for amendments must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability

• Early check-out or shortened stays will be considered cancellations, and no refunds will be provided

• No refunds for unutilized services once booking is confirmed
