Day 01: Arrival at Colombo – Transfer to Hotel

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, meet & greet by our representative. Transfer to hotel in Colombo and check-in.

Day 02: Colombo City Tour & Shopping

 After breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Colombo including shopping stops at major malls and local markets. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 03: Colombo to Weligama via Coconut Tree Hill & Parrot Rock

After breakfast, check out and travel to Weligama. En route visit the scenic Coconut Tree Hill and Parrot Rock viewpoint. Arrive and check-in at your hotel in Weligama.

Day 04: Weligama to Galle Fort – Return to Weligama

After breakfast, proceed for a day tour to the historic Galle Fort. Explore its charming colonial architecture and coastal views. Return to Weligama for the night.

Day 05: Departure – Weligama to Airport

Check out after breakfast and transfer to the airport for your return flight.

By confirming your holiday booking, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the following cancellation terms and conditions.

Cancellation Charges (Prior to Travel Date):

• 30 days or more: 100% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 21 days: 80% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 15–20 days: 50% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 7–14 days: 25% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 1–7 days: 100% of the total holiday cost will be non-refundable

Additional Notes:

• The Akij Air convenience fee is strictly non-refundable for all online purchases.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, seasonal surcharges, or tax revisions

• Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM

• Room and bed preferences (e.g., twin/double, adjacent rooms) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed

• Blackout dates (Eid, Christmas, New Year’s, national holidays) may incur additional surcharges

• Final price depends on the prevailing exchange rate (ROE) at the time of confirmation

• Slight itinerary adjustments may occur due to operational circumstances or local conditions

• The company will not be liable for any losses, damages, or personal injuries incurred during the tour

• Tourist or city taxes, if any, must be paid directly by the guest at the hotel during check-in or check-out

• All travelers must carry a valid passport with at least 6 months validity and return flight ticket
