After breakfast, check out from your hotel. Transfer to Bangkok Airport for your return flight to Dhaka.

By confirming your holiday booking, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the following cancellation terms and conditions.

Cancellation Charges (Prior to Travel Date):

• 30 days or more: 100% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 21 days: 80% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 15–20 days: 50% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 7–14 days: 25% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 1–7 days: 100% of the total holiday cost will be non-refundable

Additional Notes:

• The Akij Air convenience fee is strictly non-refundable for all online purchases.

• Final price depends on the prevailing exchange rate (ROE) at the time of confirmation

• Slight itinerary adjustments may occur due to operational circumstances or local conditions

• The company will not be liable for any losses, damages, or personal injuries incurred during the tour

• Tourist or city taxes, if any, must be paid directly by the guest at the hotel during check-in or check-out

• No refund for unutilized services once booking is confirmed

• Amendments such as name/date/hotel changes are not permitted after confirmation

• Maximum airport waiting time is 80 minutes from flight touchdown; delays may incur additional charges

• Guests must carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, flight tickets, etc.)

• Interconnecting or adjacent rooms are strictly subject to availability

• Early check-out or no-show will be treated as cancellation with no refund

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation

• Guests are responsible for personal belongings and adhering to local rules and regulations

• Travel delays, force majeure events, and other disruptions are not the company’s responsibility

• Hotel categories and rooms are offered per your budget; kindly verify via hotel websites before confirming

• Request punctuality for all tours and transfers (maximum waiting time: 05 minutes SIC, 10 minutes private)

• Amendment requests must be made at least 48–72 hours in advance and are subject to availability

• In case of any immigration/visa complications, the cancellation policy shall be applied in full

• Airfares, if included, are non-refundable and subject to availability and fare rules
