Day 1: Kuala Lumpur to Penang – Free Day

After you arrive at Kuala Lumpur Airport, our representative will pick you up and take you to the bus station. From there, you’ll travel to Penang by bus. Once you reach the Penang bus stop, a private car will take you to your hotel. Check in and enjoy the rest of the day at your own pace.

Day 2: Penang Full Day City Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, our guide will take you on a full-day city tour of Penang. You’ll visit famous places like Fort Cornwallis, Khoo Kongsi Temple, and Kapitan Keling Mosque. You’ll also see the Goddess of Mercy Temple, Kek Lok Si Temple, and Sri Mahamariamman Temple. After the tour, return to your hotel and stay overnight in Penang.

Day 3: Penang to Kuala Lumpur – Free Day

Check out from your hotel after breakfast. Our driver will take you to the Penang bus station. You’ll travel back to Kuala Lumpur by bus. Once you arrive, a private car will take you to your hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Check in and relax for the rest of the day.

Day 4: Kuala Lumpur Hotel – Half Day Sightseeing

After breakfast, our driver will pick you up for a half-day city tour. You’ll visit Merdeka Square, National Mosque, KL Tower, and the Petronas Twin Towers. After the tour, return to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day on your own.

Day 5: Departure

After breakfast, enjoy some free time. In the evening, our driver will take you to Kuala Lumpur Airport for your flight back to Dhaka.

• Any services not clearly mentioned in the "Included Services"

By confirming your holiday booking, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the following cancellation terms and conditions.

Cancellation Charges (Prior to Travel Date):

• 30 days or more: 100% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 21 days: 80% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 15–20 days: 50% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 7–14 days: 25% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 1–7 days: 100% of the total holiday cost will be non-refundable

Additional Notes:

• The Akij Air convenience fee is strictly non-refundable for all online purchases.

• Prices are based on current rates and may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes.

• Hotel check-in and check-out times follow the standard policy (usually 12:00 PM check-out & 2:00 PM check-in unless otherwise mentioned).

• The selected hotels are based on your preferred budget category. For a better understanding of the hotel facilities, locations, and services, we recommend visiting the respective hotel websites.

• The holiday rates mentioned are not applicable during blackout periods, such as Durga Puja, Eid, Christmas, New Year’s, or national long weekends. Surcharges may apply during these peak seasons, and rates will be provided upon request.

• The above rates are valid only for a minimum of 2 adults traveling together. Rates may vary for solo travelers or larger groups.

• The final tour price will be calculated based on the Rate of Exchange (ROE) applicable at the time of booking confirmation. The current price is based on the prevailing ROE and is subject to change in case of currency fluctuations.

• Please note that in rare cases, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, local events, or operational issues) may require us to make slight adjustments to the tour itinerary. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in such situations to ensure a smooth travel experience.

• Interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, rooms on the same floor, or rooms near each other are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

• We shall not be legally liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your holiday, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, activities, or services provided by third parties.

• City tax, resort fees, or any tourist taxes are not included in the holiday package price and must be paid directly to the hotel by the customer upon check-in or check-out.
