Nepal Tour - Kathmandu, Pokhara & Nagarkot

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu – City Sightseeing
Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, meet our local representative, and transfer to hotel. Later, enjoy sightseeing in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Kathmandu to Pokhara (210 km)
Early breakfast, transfer to Tourist Bus Park for a scenic 7-hour drive to Pokhara. Enjoy views of rivers, hills, and mountains. Transfer to hotel.

Day 3: Pokhara Sightseeing
Early morning sunrise at Sarangkot, then visit Davis Fall, Gupteshwor Cave, and Mountain Museum. Optional adventure activities available at extra cost.

Day 4: Pokhara to Nagarkot via Kathmandu
Early breakfast, return to Kathmandu by tourist bus, then transfer to Nagarkot (approx. 1.5 hrs). Overnight in Nagarkot.

Day 5: Nagarkot to Kathmandu
Enjoy sunrise views, then transfer to Kathmandu. Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square & Swayambhunath. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 6: Free Day in Kathmandu
Enjoy a leisure day for shopping or optional tours/activities. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 7: Departure
Breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for onward journey.

By confirming your holiday booking, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the following cancellation terms and conditions.

Cancellation Charges (Prior to Travel Date):

• 30 days or more: 100% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 21 days: 80% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 15–20 days: 50% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 7–14 days: 25% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 1–7 days: 100% of the total holiday cost will be non-refundable

• The Akij Air convenience fee is strictly non-refundable for all online purchases.

• Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or surcharges

• Standard check-in: 2 PM / check-out: 12 PM

• Blackout dates may apply with surcharges (Eid, Puja, Christmas, New Year, etc.)

• Final price depends on ROE at confirmation

• Itinerary may adjust due to local conditions

• Special room requests subject to availability

• Tourist taxes to be paid directly at hotel
