Once is Not Enough – Nepal Calls Again! - Kathmandu, Pokhara & Nagarkot

Day 1: Arrival and Kathmandu Sightseeing

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, our local representative will greet you at the airport and then transfer you to your designated hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu to Pokhara (210 KMS)

After early breakfast at the hotel, be ready at Lobby by 6:30. Our car will pick up from the hotel and drop us off at the tourist Bus Park- Bus will start from the tourist Bus Park by 7 AM Sharp. After 7 hours (Approx.) journey you will reach Pokhara- On the way you will see panoramic views of Rivers, Hills, mountains and many more. After reaching Pokhara Bus Park our car will pick and drop to the designated hotel.

Day 3: Pokhara Sightseeing

Ready at Lobby by 5:30 for Sunrise (timing may vary as per sunrise time). Our car will pick up and transfer to Place called Sarangkot for sunrise. Sarangkot is one of the best place to see the sunrise in the world. Along with sunrise you can see sun rays reflecting on mountains. After sunrise car will drop back to the hotel around 7: 30 AM for breakfast. Soon After breakfast you can start your remaining sightseeing of Pokhara or if you are doing any activities (other than package like- paragliding, Ultra-light, Bungee, Jeep Flyer etc.) you can coordinate with local tour manager and postpone the sightseeing from afternoon time. Sightseeing of Pokhara includes Davis Fall, Guptshwor cave & Mountain Museum.

Day 4: Pokhara to Nagarkot

After early breakfast at hotel please be ready at Lobby by 7:00 AM. Our car will drop to tourist Bus Park. Bus will start from tourist bus park by 7:30 AM Sharp. After a journey of approx. 7 hours, you will reach to Kathmandu Again. Our vehicle will pick up from tourist Bus Park and transfer to Nagarkot Hotel – approximately 1.5 hours drive, stay at Nagarkot.

Day 5: Nagakot to Kathmandu

Enjoy early morning sunrise from hotel, Breakfast at hotel, Transfer to Kathmandu, Half-day sightseeing of Kathmandu Durbar Square & Swyambhunath, Stay.

Day 6: Departure

Breakfast at hotel, Departure - transfer to airport.

• 2 Night’s stay at Pokhara Hotel

• 1 Night stay at Nagarkot

• Daily breakfast at the hotel

• Sightseeing as per itinerary

• Kathmanudu to Pokhara return by AC Luxury Bus (SIC) rest by private vehicle.

• All transfer and tours as per itinerary

• All Government taxes.

• Airport pick-up and drop-off by private vehicle

• All meals other than breakfast

• Entrance fees at monuments, museums, parks, or other attractions

• Services of a tour guide

• Porterage and personal luggage handling

• Laundry, phone calls, and other personal expenses

• Tips and gratuities for guides, drivers, or hotel staff

• Costs arising due to natural calamities, flight delays, or unforeseen circumstances

• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, beverages, etc.

• Travel insurance (unless stated)

• Anything not specifically mentioned under the Inclusions section

By confirming your holiday booking, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the following cancellation terms and conditions.

Cancellation Charges (Prior to Travel Date):

• 30 days or more: 100% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 21 days: 80% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 15–20 days: 50% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 7–14 days: 25% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 1–7 days: 100% of the total holiday cost will be non-refundable

Additional Notes:

• The Akij Air convenience fee is strictly non-refundable for all online purchases.

• Prices are based on current rates and may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes.

• Hotel check-in and check-out times follow the standard policy (usually 12:00 PM check-out & 2:00 PM check-in unless otherwise mentioned).

• The selected hotels are based on your preferred budget category. For a better understanding of the hotel facilities, locations, and services, we recommend visiting the respective hotel websites.

• The holiday rates mentioned are not applicable during blackout periods, such as Durga Puja, Eid, Christmas, New Year’s, or national long weekends. Surcharges may apply during these peak seasons, and rates will be provided upon request.

• The above rates are valid only for a minimum of 2 adults traveling together. Rates may vary for solo travelers or larger groups.

• The final tour price will be calculated based on the Rate of Exchange (ROE) applicable at the time of booking confirmation. The current price is based on the prevailing ROE and is subject to change in case of currency fluctuations.

• Please note that in rare cases, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, local events, or operational issues) may require us to make slight adjustments to the tour itinerary. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in such situations to ensure a smooth travel experience.

• Interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, rooms on the same floor, or rooms near each other are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

• We shall not be legally liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your holiday, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, activities, or services provided by third parties.

• City tax, resort fees, or any tourist taxes are not included in the holiday package price and must be paid directly to the hotel by the customer upon check-in or check-out.
