Day 1: Arrival

Upon arrival at Singapore Changi Airport, you will be warmly received by our representative and transferred to your hotel in a comfortable vehicle. Enjoy scenic views of the city on the way. After check-in, the rest of the day is free for you to relax or explore nearby attractions at your own pace.

Day 2: Sightseeing at Sentosa

At 14:00 hrs, get ready for the Sentosa Basic Tour, which includes a one-way Cable Car ride, Madame Tussauds, Images of Singapore LIVE, Boat Ride, Ultimate Film Star Experience, and the spectacular Wings of Time show (Standard – SIC). Please be present in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time for pick-up.

Day 3: Half Day City Tour 

In the morning, depart from the hotel for an exciting Singapore City Tour, where you’ll explore the city's iconic landmarks and vibrant neighborhoods.

Day 5: Universal Studios Singapore

At 14:15 hrs, we will proceed to Universal Studios Singapore. Please be ready and wait at the hotel lobby for your scheduled pick-up. After an exciting afternoon, you will return to the hotel by approximately 19:15 hrs.

Day 5: Free Day

Enjoy the day at your leisure with time for personal activities, sightseeing, or shopping at your own pace.

Day 6: Singapore Zoo

At 14:00 hrs, we will proceed for a visit to the Singapore Zoo. Please be ready and waiting in the hotel lobby for your scheduled pick-up. The return to the hotel is expected by 18:30 hrs.

Day 7: Departure

In the morning, our representative will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Singapore Changi Airport for your return flight to Dhaka.

By confirming your holiday booking, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the following cancellation terms and conditions.

Cancellation Charges (Prior to Travel Date):

• 30 days or more: 100% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 21 days: 80% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 15–20 days: 50% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 7–14 days: 25% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 1–7 days: 100% of the total holiday cost will be non-refundable

Additional Notes:

• The Akij Air convenience fee is strictly non-refundable for all online purchases.

• Prices are based on current rates and may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes.

• Hotel check-in and check-out times follow the standard policy (usually 12:00 PM check-out & 2:00 PM check-in unless otherwise mentioned).

• The selected hotels are based on your preferred budget category. For a better understanding of the hotel facilities, locations, and services, we recommend visiting the respective hotel websites.

• The holiday rates mentioned are not applicable during blackout periods, such as Durga Puja, Eid, Christmas, New Year’s, or national long weekends. Surcharges may apply during these peak seasons, and rates will be provided upon request.

• The above rates are valid only for a minimum of 2 adults traveling together. Rates may vary for solo travelers or larger groups.

• The final tour price will be calculated based on the Rate of Exchange (ROE) applicable at the time of booking confirmation. The current price is based on the prevailing ROE and is subject to change in case of currency fluctuations.

• Please note that in rare cases, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, local events, or operational issues) may require us to make slight adjustments to the tour itinerary. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in such situations to ensure a smooth travel experience.

• Interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, rooms on the same floor, or rooms near each other are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

• We shall not be legally liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your holiday, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, activities, or services provided by third parties.

• City tax, resort fees, or any tourist taxes are not included in the holiday package price and must be paid directly to the hotel by the customer upon check-in or check-out.
