Day 01: Arrival at Colombo – Transfer to Hotel

Meet & greet at Bandaranaike International Airport followed by transfer to your hotel in Colombo for check-in and overnight stay.

Day 02: Colombo City Tour & Shopping

After breakfast, enjoy a guided city tour of Colombo covering key landmarks, followed by shopping stops. Return to hotel and overnight stay in Colombo.

Day 03: Colombo to Galle Transfer

After breakfast, check out and drive to Galle. En route enjoy scenic coastal views. Arrive in Galle and check-in at your hotel.

Day 04: Galle Fort Exploration

Explore the iconic Dutch-built Galle Fort after breakfast, wander its cobblestone streets and coastal ramparts. Return to the hotel and relax by the beach.

Day 05: Departure – Galle to Airport

 Check out after breakfast and proceed to the airport for your return flight.

By confirming your holiday booking, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the following cancellation terms and conditions.

Cancellation Charges (Prior to Travel Date):

• 30 days or more: 100% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 21 days: 80% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 15–20 days: 50% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 7–14 days: 25% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 1–7 days: 100% of the total holiday cost will be non-refundable

Additional Notes:

• The Akij Air convenience fee is strictly non-refundable for all online purchases.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, seasonal surcharges, or tax revisions

• Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM

• Room and bed preferences (e.g., twin/double, adjacent rooms) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed

• Blackout dates (Eid, Christmas, New Year’s, national holidays) may incur additional surcharges

• Final price depends on the prevailing exchange rate (ROE) at the time of confirmation

• Slight itinerary adjustments may occur due to operational circumstances or local conditions

• The company will not be liable for any losses, damages, or personal injuries incurred during the tour

• Tourist or city taxes, if any, must be paid directly by the guest at the hotel during check-in or check-out
