Day 1: Arrival – Airport to Kandy

 Upon arrival in Sri Lanka, meet and greet by our local representative.
Transfer to Kandy. Enroute visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.
In the evening, enjoy the Kandy Cultural Show.
Overnight stay at hotel in Kandy.

Day 2: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast, visit the Temple of the Tooth and the Royal Botanical Gardens. Proceed to Nuwara Eliya. Enroute visit Ramboda Falls and a Tea Plantation. Evening free to relax by Lake Gregory. Overnight stay at hotel in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 3: Nuwara Eliya – Bentota

After breakfast, enjoy a brief city tour of Nuwara Eliya. Then proceed to Bentota. Enroute visit Galle Fort and Lighthouse. Overnight stay at hotel in Bentota.

Day 4: Bentota – Colombo

 After breakfast, check out and proceed to Colombo. Enroute enjoy a Madu River Safari and visit the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery. In the evening, enjoy a Colombo city tour followed by shopping. Overnight stay at hotel in Colombo.

Day 5: Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Transfer to airport for your departure flight.

• Tips and gratuities for guides, drivers, or hotel staff

• Costs arising due to natural calamities, flight delays, or unforeseen circumstances

• Personal expenses such as beverages, souvenirs, etc.

• Travel insurance (unless stated)

• Anything not specifically mentioned under the Inclusions section

By confirming your holiday booking, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the following cancellation terms and conditions.

Cancellation Charges (Prior to Travel Date):

• 30 days or more: 100% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 21 days: 80% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 15–20 days: 50% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 7–14 days: 25% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 1–7 days: 100% of the total holiday cost will be non-refundable

Additional Notes:

• The Akij Air convenience fee is strictly non-refundable for all online purchases.

• Prices are based on current rates and may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes.

• Hotel check-in and check-out times follow the standard policy (usually 12:00 PM check-out & 2:00 PM check-in unless otherwise mentioned).

• The selected hotels are based on your preferred budget category. For a better understanding of the hotel facilities, locations, and services, we recommend visiting the respective hotel websites.

• The holiday rates mentioned are not applicable during blackout periods, such as major festivals (e.g., Esala Perahera, Christmas, New Year’s) or national long weekends. Surcharges may apply during these peak seasons, and rates will be provided upon request.

• The above rates are valid only for a minimum of 2 adults traveling together. Rates may vary for solo travelers or larger groups.

• The final tour price will be calculated based on the Rate of Exchange (ROE) applicable at the time of booking confirmation. The current price is based on the prevailing ROE and is subject to change in case of currency fluctuations.

• Please note that in rare cases, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, local events, or operational issues) may require us to make slight adjustments to the tour itinerary. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in such situations to ensure a smooth travel experience.

• Interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, rooms on the same floor, or rooms near each other are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
