Day 1: Arrival & Transfer to Sigiriya

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, our local representative will greet you and transfer you to Sigiriya by a private air-conditioned vehicle.
En route, visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, a sanctuary for orphaned elephants where you can observe them being bathed and fed.
Check-in at your hotel in Sigiriya and relax after your journey.
Evening at leisure.
Overnight stay in Sigiriya.

Day 2: Sigiriya – Polonnaruwa – Kandy

After breakfast, climb the iconic Sigiriya Lion Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its ancient frescoes and panoramic views.
Continue to Polonnaruwa, the medieval capital of Sri Lanka, and explore its archaeological ruins including temples, palaces and stupas.
Later, proceed to Kandy, the cultural capital nestled in the hills.
Check-in at your hotel and unwind.
Overnight stay in Kandy.

Day 3: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya

Post breakfast, visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, a revered Buddhist site.
Explore the lush Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya.
Drive to Nuwara Eliya, known as "Little England" for its cool climate and colonial architecture.
En route, stop by Ramboda Falls and a tea plantation to witness traditional tea processing.
Evening relaxation at Gregory Lake.
Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 4: Nuwara Eliya – Ella

After breakfast, proceed to Ella via train from Nanu Oya (subject to availability).
Upon arrival in Ella, visit the picturesque Nine Arches Bridge and enjoy a walk through this scenic hill town.
Evening at leisure to explore Ella town at your own pace.
Overnight stay in Ella.

Day 5: Ella – Yala

After breakfast, hike to Little Adam’s Peak for panoramic views of the valley.
Depart for Yala, en route visit the stunning Rawana Falls.
Check-in at your hotel and rest.
Overnight stay in Yala.

Day 6: Yala – Mirissa

Start your day with an early morning Jeep Safari in Yala National Park, famous for leopards, elephants, and diverse birdlife.
After the safari, drive to the coastal town of Mirissa.
Spend the evening at leisure on the beach.
Overnight stay in Mirissa.

Day 7: Mirissa – Colombo

Post breakfast, visit the historic Galle Fort and Lighthouse, a UNESCO World Heritage Site showcasing Dutch colonial architecture.
Continue your journey to Colombo.
Enjoy a Colombo City Tour, covering landmarks such as Independence Square, Gangaramaya Temple, and Galle Face Green.
Also enjoy shopping at Colombo’s popular malls and local boutiques.
Overnight stay in Colombo.

Day 8: Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
Our representative will transfer you to Bandaranaike International Airport for your onward journey.
Please arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to your international flight.

By confirming your holiday booking, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the following cancellation terms and conditions.

Cancellation Charges (Prior to Travel Date):

• 30 days or more: 100% of the total holiday cost will be refunded.

• 21 days: 80% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 15–20 days: 50% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 7–14 days: 25% of the total holiday cost will be charged

• 1–7 days: 100% of the total holiday cost will be non-refundable

• The Akij Air convenience fee is strictly non-refundable for all online purchases.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, tax revisions, or seasonal surcharges

• Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM

• Hotel selection is based on your preferred category; for full information, refer to the official hotel website

• Blackout dates (e.g. Eid, Christmas, New Year’s, national holidays) may incur additional surcharges

• Final price depends on the ROE at the time of confirmation

• Slight adjustments to the itinerary may be required due to operational issues or local circumstances

• The company shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the tour
