Passport
- Photocopies of the passport with all visas and endorsements. If there is no visa in the passport, submit a photocopy of the full passport. (Original Passport must be shown at the time of application submission).
Photo
- Two recent color photograph sizes (3.5 X 4.5 cm or passport size) with a white background but no cap and no sunglasses. Please note: the photo should not more than 03 months old and should not be used in any of the previous visas. The applicant’s ear must be visible in his/her photo.
Proof Occupation
- Original no objection certificate / NOC letter
- Official passport holders need government order copies.
- Original note verbal copy & 2 pcs visiting card.
- Company cover letter (for a business visit).
Sponsors/Financial Proof
- Pay slip/original salary statement.
- Bank statement & solvency certificate (original with bank seal and signature) of Last 06 months for both company & personal.
- Other financial documents-such as FDR, Saving certificate, share statement (If available).
- Income tax certificate copy (last 3 years), E-TIN certificate copy.
- Valuation of other assets such as land, Building (If any).

Hong Kong[e] is a special administrative region of the People's Republic of China. With 7.4 million residents of various nationalities[f] in a 1,104-square-kilometre (426 sq mi) territory, Hong Kong is one of the most densely populated territories in the world. Hong Kong was established as a colony of the British Empire after the Qing dynasty ceded Hong Kong Island in 1841–1842 as a consequence of losing the First Opium War. The colony expanded to the Kowloon Peninsula in 1860 and was further extended when the United Kingdom obtained a 99-year lease of the New Territories in 1898. Hong Kong was occupied by Japan from 1941 to 1945 during World War II. The territory was handed over from the United Kingdom to China in 1997. From early May until late September Hong Kong experiences hot and humid weather with occasional heavy showers and monsoon rains. The heat and humidity can be very uncomfortable through the height of the summer both by day and overnight. Tropical cyclones and occasionally typhoons develop in the South China Sea, some of these affect Hong Kong with torrential rain, flooding and destructive winds. The typhoon season peaks between July and September. October to March is generally warm and dry in Hong Kong as the monsoon retreats and high pressure becomes established over the continent. While it is largely dry, February to April can be rather cloudy with only 3-4 hours of sunshine expected per day. October and November bring more sunshine, and while there is still a chance of rain, the sweltering heat and humidity of the summer will have subsided, making these months a good time to visit. Frost is virtually unheard of in Hong Kong, but January is the coolest month on average with highs of around 18 Celsius and 5 hours of sunshine per day, it may appeal to those wishing to find a bit of winter sun.
